Congratulations on a successful thesis defense, Jan Danko!

On Monday, Jan Danko presented his Doctoral Thesis, which explores how monasteries can serve as models for enduring democratic institutions. His research highlights the participatory governance structures within monasteries, such as democratic selection of leaders and inclusive decision-making processes, which contribute to their longevity and stability

Jan Danko works under Prof. Dr. Katja Rost in the UFSP Digital Religion(s) project The Corporate Governance of Religious Organizations in a Digital Society.
