Linus Krug is a research assistant involved in the SNSF research project “Labour Markets as Emergent Mobility Networks” at the Chair of Prof. Block since October 2022. He studied Socioeconomics at the Vienna University of Economics and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a specialization on quantitative social research and political economy. His main research interests focus on socioeconomic mobility, social stratification, and labor economics. He is curious why and in what form socioeconomic mobility occurs, how it develops over time and what implications it might entail for societies. In context of his research, he utilizes quantitative research methods and network analysis.
