Generating character avatars from books

Can you create animated avatars from character descriptions in books?
The goal is to generated video files showing the characters of fiction books based on the text extracted from EPUB files.
The challenge of this project is to generate avatars that are consistent with the descriptions in the book, consistent across the storyline and to make the generation of the animated images fast and efficient.
