29.08.2024Rico Sennrich appointed Associate Professor

On 26 August 2024, the Board of the University of Zurich appointed Rico Sennrich as Associate Professor of Computational Linguistics, effective 1 February 2026. Rico Sennrich has been SNSF Professor since 2019, working on natural language processing, with a special focus on machine translation and deep learning. We are very happy to have him in our department and warmly congratulate him on his appointment as Associate Professor.
